Important Information:

Compatibility issues with Epson printers are often the result of mixing ink cartridges from different manufacturers. For maximum performance, and to make sure you can take advantage of the EXTRA ink in our cartridges, we recommend using only our ink cartridges in your printer. If this is your first time using compatible ink cartridges from Chase Ink, we recommend you purchase a complete set to install in your printer and remove all original Epson cartridges BEFORE installing any compatible cartridges. Once installed you can then change individual cartridges as required.

What are firmware updates?
Firmware updates are updates put through your printer by the printer manufacturers (e.g. HP, Epson, Canon etc.). The update can contain code that stops any third-party cartridges from working, so that you can only use original brand cartridges. We advise switching off the automatic update or refuse any update notifications to be able to continue enjoying the savings and performance our compatible cartridges provide.

Delivery Information

Orders with completed payments received by 3.00PM are normally dispatched the same day by 1st Class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be shipped by an alternative method or split into multiple packets.

Orders placed after 3.00PM or on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Any discrepancies or omissions with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Undelivered packages must be reported via email within 15 days of placing your order.

Any orders not received after a 15 working day period will be reported to the service used. We will not re-despatch or refund for missing goods until an investigation has been completed by the service used and the package has been confirmed as lost/delayed.
